DESCRIPTION:The Burnaby Festival of Learning is proud to present Learning the Rainbow Alphabet\, hosted by Burnaby Pride!\n\n\nThis workshop will offer a safe space for beginners to learn about the spectrum of gender and sexuality\, intersecting identities\, language use\, and how to be an ally. No prior experience or knowledge is necessary. Our workshops are a comfortable place where you can ask questions even when you aren’t sure if you know the right words. In this space\, we are all learning together. \n\n\nBIO\nHeather McCain\, founder and Executive Director of Creating Accessible Neighbourhoods\, is an experienced public speaker and educator who engages people of all levels of learning. Heather is disabled\, queer\, trans\, asexual\, and aromantic. \n\n\nAll online events will have Zoom links sent to attendees 24 hours prior to the event. \nAttendees will receive confirmation once registration is complete.
